If your plan includes a lab or supplement review, please email relevant labs (from the past 6–12 months) and/or a list of supplements you're currently taking.

✅ Step 3: Review What’s Included

Your coaching package may include:

  • Personalized nutrition plan
  • Behavior and lifestyle strategy
  • Lab/supplement review (if selected)
  • Add-ons such as Meal Mapping or Race-Week Strategy
    You’ll receive a follow-up summary after each session to keep you focused and moving forward.
